Orders and Payments

Payments can be made securely via debit/credit card or PayPal.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the UK and across Europe.
Standard UK delivery: approx. £4, depending on package size.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Free UK delivery on orders over £60.

Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return non-customised items within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Personalised or custom-made products are non-refundable unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged products can be returned for a full refund, and we will cover the return postage.
